Mission Statement
The mission of the SCC IT HelpDesk is to provide faculty, staff, and students with a primary point of contact within SCC so that access to college-supported technology services and the technical assistance essential to effectively use these services are provided in an efficient and effective manner.

These instructions includes changing existing and creating new SSL connections for the incoming server only. The instructions for setting up SSL connections for the outgoing server are not included due to inconsistencies with supported and non-supported email clients.
